We were originally established in Kusadasi as the British partners of Kale Property but later took the step of becoming independent and registering our own business name of Kale Turkish Properties. Our property sales office is now located in the heart of stunning Side, near Antalya and we offer a wide range of properties for sale on that Mediterranean coastline while also marketing properties in the Kusadasi area.

As of July 2008 Kale Turkish Properties is a British owned company, with English ex-pat mother and daughter team Ann and Sally at the helm. We are proud to have built a reputation for honest and friendly Estate Agent service in what has now become a crazy market place! Customer service is particularly important to us and we strive to answer any queries within 24 hours.

With a huge range of property on both the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts we can certainly offer a few bargains! Homes in the historical Aegean area remain particularly economical (apartments from around £25,000 and villas from around £35,000) and Kale offer an astonishing choice and fully comprehensive sales service !

The Kale Turkish Properties comprehensive sales service to you includes organisation of flights and accommodation, plus airport transfers to and from your hotel. We will organise as few or as many property viewings per day as you require and will provide transport door to door.
