Welcome to Kusadasi!

Although Kale cover the entire Aegean coastline we specialise in the Kusadasi region and outlying areas due to the rich diversity of property and landcapes available.

Despite being the 3rd most popular tourist destination in Turkey, property here is priced considerably lower than in other areas of the country.

Surprising when you consider the convenience and outstanding natural beauty of the place. The nearest airport is just 45 minutes away and with a stunning coastline, beautiful mountains and an extensive national park just 15 minutes out of town Kusadasi is hard to beat.

The area is rich in historical remains, most notable is the ancient city of Ephesus. Over two thousand years old and just a ten minut drive from Kusadasi town, these impressive marble ruins are well worth a visit.

There are more than dozen beautiful sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline, all with Blue Flag status.

The colourful food and clothing markets are also abundant, and reflect the culture and folklore here which provides a particularly relaxed way of life.

Aegean Climate

Kusadasi and its environs enjoy a typical Temperate climate. Hot summers, beautifully warm, sunny spring and autumn and a temperate winter.

Spring and Autumn seasons in the Kusadasi area are warm and sunny with temperatures being comfortable at around 20'C to 35'C. Temperatures rise to around 45'C to 50'C during July and August when rain is rare! During winter the temperature falls to an average 10'C to 15'C but it can get cold at night and it has even been known to snow! December to February can be a little wet with an average of 190mm to 240mm of rain per month. This is however unpredictable and the sun never seems to hide for long!

Getting There

Kusadasi and the surrounding areas are very easy to reach all year round from most of the world. Direct flights run all year round from most of the main UK and european airports, with global destinations also now opeing up.

The resort is serviced by two airports on the Turkish side (Izmir Adnan Menderes and Bodrum Milas) making it easier to find flights to suit your schedule.

For flights from the UK these are the companies I use most regularly:
If you are considering visiting Turkey to take a look at property, or even just to visit the area and see what you think, I would be more than happy to search for flights on your behalf. You can email your dates and local airport to me at enquiries@kaleturkishproperties.co.uk and I will get back to you within 24 hours with some results.
