Get to know our business...

We were originally established in Kusadasi as the British partners of Kale Property but in 2008 took the step of becoming independent and registering our own business name of Kale Turkish Properties. Our property sales office is now located in stunning Side, near Antalya and we offer a wide range of properties for sale on that Mediterranean coastline while also marketing thousands of properties in the Kusadasi area.

As of July 2008 Kale Turkish Properties is a British owned company, with English ex-pat mother and daughter team Ann and Sally at the helm. We are proud to have built a reputation for honest and friendly Estate Agent service in what has now become a crazy market place! Customer service is particularly important to us and we strive to answer any queries within 24 hours.

We run a tight ship and firmly believe that keeping our team small enables us to provide a much higher quality of service to our clients. You will be dealing with Ann, Sally or Cengiz who has superb English and has been with us now for many years. He embodies the loyal, friendly ethos we employ at Kale.

Ann first came to (and fell in love with!) Turkey during the seventies and has seen  immeasurable changes since.

She moved permanently in 1996 first settling in the Side area. She then moved to Kusadasi and spent around twelve happy years living and working on that Aegean coast, during which time she was granted Turkish nationality.

After Sally moved to the Mediterranean location of Side Ann retraced her steps to relocate back to Side and enjoy working closely together with her daughter.

Sally first came to Turkey in 1996 on holiday with Ann. She was trained in Estate Agency by the repected Countrywide group while living in the UK. Subsequent to Ann moving to Turkey permanently more frequent visits added to Sally's bond to the country.

She moved to Side from the UK in 2007 to set up the office here. It was an impulse decision to undertake such a life changing move at such a young age but Sally has never looked back. Having recently started a family she is completely settled and considers Turkey home!
